Sales Manager (m/f)

Position purpose: In close cooperation with the sales force of the local distributors, supports the cross-channel activation of the brands, developing the brands Identity and equity in the market.
Requirements:
10 years of working experience in sales preferably in FMCG industry
University degree or equivalent in Economics/Marketing/Business Administration or related fields
English language skills and active driver
Proven skills in management and leadership
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Developed communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Define and visit Key Outlets in all the channels, with different focus based on the targets and segmentation
Follow and ensure the implementation of the market strategy, accomplishing the role of Brand Builder in line with HQ guidelines and liaising with the Distributor
Execute the plans of distribution and activation (ensure visibility and animation)
Ensure the application of the defined activation standards by channel and by customer
Organise and participate to brand activations, with the aim to increase the Brand Awareness
Training of key clients and attending key customer meetings
Train distributor’s direct commercial network (KAMs, Sales Force per each channel) with masterclasses (info on products, sales arguments, cocktail strategy) and support the team during field visits
Support in defining the marketing plan and budgets required to achieve the goals and to activate properly the brands
Monthly reporting on activities, such as trainings, visits, listings, and activations
Lead and control budget expenditure and monthly expenses
Manage trade mentoring programs and trainings with top clients globally
