Finance Manager (with Signing Authority)
Location: Hotel Baškuća, Jekova 2, Sarajevo
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems and controls.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to management
- Approve transactions and sign off on important financial documents
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accounting standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial software and tools
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
