At PropMatch, the first product of SH Proptech, we are on a mission to revolutionize the property and vulnerable care markets with cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions. Our primary focus is currently on the vulnerable care sector in the UK, where we aim to bring innovative solutions to elderly care, social housing, mental health facilities, and more. However, our ambitions don’t stop there. We are actively planning to expand into other segments, such as electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and are simultaneously developing a version of our platform tailored for the D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market. 

Our sales team is strategically based in the UK to capitalize on market opportunities, while our product development team operates out of Germany. To support our growth, we are excited to announce our plans to establish a new office in Sarajevo, Bosnia. This office will be key in supporting our development efforts and creating compelling marketing material for our sales initiatives in the UK.

JOB TITLE  

Project Manager 
Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina 
Start Date: October/November 2024 

Job Description 

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Project Manager to lead and manage our full-time team in Sarajevo. The ideal candidate will oversee the product development process, handle general and administrative tasks, conduct feasibility assessments for new product features and market expansions, and manage any temporary outsourcing to freelancers as needed. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 


Key Responsibilities 

Manage and coordinate the Sarajevo team, ensuring smooth collaboration between the product dev team in Germany, the sales team in England, and other departments. 
If needed, manage the temporary outsourcing of specific tasks to freelancers beyond our core product team in Germany and Sarajevo, ensuring their work aligns with project goals. 
Oversee the product development process by evaluating input, feature requests, and feedback from the sales team and beta users. Translate these into tasks for the relevant teams and prioritize based on strategic importance. 
Handle general and administrative tasks, including staff administration, job advertisements, meetings, presentations, investor meetings, travel arrangements, and legal matters. 
Conduct research to assess the feasibility of new product ideas, beta user requests, and market expansions. 

Qualifications 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a startup or tech environment. 
Skills: Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills. Experience in agile development methodologies. Strong research and analytical skills, knowledge of product development and legal compliance. 
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GitHub Projects, MS Teams, or any other PM tool the candidate prefers and wants to implement team-wide. 
Language: Proficient in English 
Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. 


Deliverables 

Clear task assignments, efficient communication channels, and timely delivery of outputs. 
Well-organized product development pipeline with tasks aligned to strategic priorities. 
Smooth administration of non-development tasks, ensuring no administrative bottlenecks. 
Detailed feasibility reports, risk assessments, and task creation for new product features and expansions. 
Etc.
